Beautiful, clean rooms with great service, but slow breakfast and overpriced golf buggies.

The rooms were huge with a lovely bath overlooking the sea/sand dunes. Just perfect with all your modern cons etc. We ended up booking another night. It is truely a 5 star hotel
When we came to breakfast at 10am (its open until 11am) there was nothing left, and we sat on a dirty table. We did ask staff twice to clean it but they were too busy. Get there early.

great room , but the service needs improvement
The room was spacious with a fine sea view. The pool area was inviting with comfortable beds, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The breakfast spread offered a good variety that exceeded my expectations, including freshly baked pastries and delicious fruits. I particularly loved enjoying my meals while gazing at the garden view.

Nothing too much trouble, really, had a very nice stay for a luxe vacation. Everything was modern, helpful staff, fantastic views of the sea. Liked our premium loft. A shower and even a bidet were very handy. Booked the hotel for its magnificent location so close to the restaurant, the center of Cascais 5 Euros/ $ 7 to 9 Euros/ $ 10 Uber ride, and the beach;))

Will be back when in Cascais, we did not want to leave there. Amazing views from the sunny balcony, wonderful location. A delightful restaurant was a definite bonus...

We enjoyed the enormous rooms with fine ocean views and the private balconies were a real treat. The heated pool was perfect, and having golf right on-site was amazing for our group activities.

Everything about it is great. It anticipates your needs without crowding you.
The room service menu is too limited.

The facilities were great, especially the spa where we found peace and comfort. Playing a round at the fine Oitavos Dunes was a highlight too. Plus, our family dog felt right at home, enjoying the spacious grounds!
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for their age group.

Confort, design, the view, the location with the green of the fields and the blue of the ocean. The spa and the swimming pool really warm!
One of the employers at breakfast, named Justine, didn´t even bother to showt he table to the guests! She only asked the room number and then turned around and walk away to controle if it was correct. The guests would stare at her, waiting for a couple of minutes waiting for her/someone to show the table...as no one appeared the guests would sit in any available table. But the rrom number was controlled! That's not admissible in this type of Hotel. Where is the courtesy? Not being able to come with my kids due to the fact that the interior swimming pool is only for the age of 16....not definitely a family hotel.

Bedroom was large and modern with all facilities
Decor like a hospital. Bad attitude of many staff, particularly in the restaurant. Not a 5 star in terms of service, probably more a three star. Breakfast waitress kept looking at her watch and removed buffet one minute after breakfast finished. No management in evidence. One restaurant and pool closed for private function.

We had an awesome group trip! Enjoyed exploring the nearby golf course and testing out the fitness academy facilities. The spacious room with a sea view was a highlight. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, even surprising us with a birthday treat for a friend.
One downside was the chilly outdoor pool. It would have been much nicer if it were heated to enjoy it more frequently.
